- Student hostel accommodation fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Registration cancellation 30-60 working days before the conference: Cancellation fee of 20% of the registration fee will be charged.
- Registration cancellation less than 30 working days before the conference: No refunds.
- No refunds after registration closes.
- No refunds for non-attendance.
- Refunds will be made in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- Refunds will be processed after the conference is over.
- Feedback should be received within 2 months of the date abstracts were submitted.
- If you had submitted your abstract before the Early-bird deadline, you will be guaranteed the Early-bird rates.
